    We were from out of town so we harboured no notion of what the place was like. Restaurant was typical roadhouse/sports bar atmosphere. The girl serving us was young but very attentive and helpful. The food on the other hand was NOT good. I ordered the Tuesday wing special and the meat was rubbery. Almost like it had been cooked for a while already. Fries were cold and not fully cooked. I'm guessing the oil was not hot enough when they dropped it in. My partner had the fish and chips. Though the portion was generous the fish itself was overcooked, leading to a very chewy lunch. When in Belleville try another venue, this one does not cut it.

    One bad impression...

    We went on a weekday for lunch. The place is lovely inside. The service was great. My husband had a burger which he said was good. They offer free refills on most of the non-alcoholic drinks which is nice. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap. The menu said it came with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, pesto and parmesan. It was not good. Besides the fact that I found a piece of eggshell in it, my wrap was very bland. I think they forgot the cheese and the pesto because it was basically just plain chicken and iceberg lettuce and since they had grilled the wrap, the lettuce was soggy and wilted. Too bad because it seems like a nice place...
