I took a pair of boots in to JC Sewing to have new buckles put on. Through no fault of theirs, when I received the boots back, they had the wrong kind of buckle. It took me about 2 months to notice as I hadnt worn the boots yet. When I noticed, I took them back and they immediately offered to not only fix them again, but to do it for free and have them ready the next day. They were so wonderful and the repair so well done, I will never go anywhere else.
