i bought a 2012 ford focus hatch the car proof stated no accident but immediately after buying i had issues with alignment had them try 5 times to align never could get it to stay on. they were rude and ignorant and didnt want to help when i kept bringing it back and saying its the vehicle. go to find out months later after i have dropped $700 into front end suspension work that i will need another $2000 to put into it as it needs new struts and ball joints and a purge valve solenoid.

Worst car buying experience ever !!! Complete lies and disrespect as soon as i gave a deposit Within 48 hours of having the car i bought from them the dashboard lit up like a christmas tree No help from dealership Weeks had passed .I had to carry on with my life and business Long behold i find out i have a meeting im chatham so thought i would drop by the dealer while i was in town to discuss the issues i have had (im from toronto) Half way to chatham, car dies
