Drive Test Thunder Bay

I did not check my blind spot enough when turning and received a failing grade. The next day I showed up at 8:30 am on standby in case someone did not show. At 9:15 I was able to retake my test. The female Drive Tester was wonderful. She reviewed my previous test and told me how to remedy my mistakes. In the end, much to my relief, I received a passing grade. A challenging experience with a happy ending. Drive Test...Keep up the good work! Sincerely, Happy Camper.

this has to be the worst company in thunder bay. Management is totally incompetent. My dog could do a better job, system is slow, the employee's shouldn't be working with the general public. I really don't care who failed their drivers test, so yelling someone's results across the building shows a complete breach of confidentiality. When you call to make a complaint, the manager says she refused to listen to say her staff is incompetent. Obviously the truth hurts!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GO!!!!
