Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

I had a engine service light come on and they were very persistent in solving the problem. I cannot say enough of the excellent service.

Left many messages on their answering machine. Never got a call back. Staff manager not friendly at all. Take them ages to do repair and/or maintenance. Never come without an appointment : they will not look at your car ! And last but not least, I was not happy with their maintenance services at all : got many problems with my car afterwards ... coincidence ? Maybe ... maybe not
