Great care, great advice. My animals are gently and compassionately treated. They do not advise care that is unnecessary. I have been taking my beloved pets to Barband Paul and their team for 30 years. I started after being advised expensive treatment that was clearly unnecessary at a vet in Kingston. I’ve always been glad I made the switch.

Unprofessional - didn't return calls and never apologized

I have been taking our pets to this clinic for almost 10 years and I have to say our past experience has left me dissatisfied. Dr Paul prescribed a med for our little dog for his anxiety but after a week our dog was not eating at all (he eats anything and everything at any time of the day) and very subdued which is very unlike him. Long and short, never returned calls and finally got in touch with him - dog was getting double the dose. Not acceptable!

Amazing Vet clinic..... Has been our clinic for many, many years.. However, We have moved away from Ontario and have a new clinic, but when we are travel back, we try and see if they can look after our pet. Miss you
