I take all of my cats to this vet. I always know I can trust they will receive the best care here. The wonderful staff are so friendly and helpful. The vet is simply amazing, she truly cares about the well being of each animal... even my difficult cat, who isn't the easiest to handle at the vet. I truly appreciate all of the care!

I contacted the hospital from our cottage to see my elderly injured dog and was refused care. I read reviews stating that this clinic truly cares about animals, which is so far from the truth. If they cared about animals they wouldn't refuse to see an injured animal and expect the owner to drive the injured animal 2 hours to the regular vet. I was able to make an appointment in Sydenham for the same day with no issues. I think that Verona animal hospital should be embarrassed at refusing care to an injured animal. They are not an animal hospital in my opinion.
