If I could give zeros stars I would, horrible customer service over the phone and took 3 hours for a bottle to arrive
Complete garbage. It took over 2 hours for my order to arrive, without a phone call to inform me that it would be longer than 1 hour. Order arrives with some incorrect items, and an expensive bottle of wine with the label stained (was supposed to be a gift). Called customer service twice, both times the representative said the driver would call me back to correct the order. It has now been over an hour with no call back. Do not waste your time or money on this scam.
I would give it five stars except I was told by a driver if I use the app I can order cigarettes, but there is no option for this. this is literally the only thing I can find wrong. Every driver has been wonderful, friendly and timely. Call centre has always been lovely as well
Customer service is nothing but rude, inpatient, and after all that. They had the nerve to call back and say the delivery charge would be more because I’m too close to Stoney creek, even though my mail clearly says Hamilton. Won’t be recommending or using again.

Ordered at 8:00 p.m. was told about an hour. Called at 9:35 was told its coming soon. 11:00 nobody came or called. Will never call you again.
They were late, so I called and they were very rude about it. I will not use this service ever again. Zero stars
I ordered just after opening on a Saturday morning to ensure the delivery would be here before the afternoon. An hour and a half later I receive a call saying they are very busy and are sorry. Okay, but I had to have been one of the first people to call, so why the delay? I wait another 15 minutes and then call back where I am met with a very rude gentleman. I simply asked why it was taking so long and he just told me “I will have them call you again, I guess.” Very unprofessional.
Absolutely BRUTAL!! Do not call this company. They don't show up half the time and especially if they are getting close to closing they will say whatever to get you off the phone. I ordered some drinks for my 30th birthday at 8:30 at night ( they are open until 10 pm) and no one showed up. I called at 9:45 to confirm my order was coming and they said it would come any minute.... 11:00 pm and no one showed up. I will NEVER call this company again as this is a common occurrence with them....

Wouldn't give -1000 stars if I could, I ordered 6pack of carlining. Was giving 6pack of carling ice! Asked for refund was rudly denied! And spoken to rudly! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
This service is the worst I have ever experienced. Called 3 hrs after ordered,..no response. Still waiting...best to bypass this, as there is no service here. Wish I could give a zero star rating
HORRIBLE!! I had my order finally delivered after an Hour and twenty minutes, on a Monday! Then when he finally got here he went to the wrong door, and fought me on a tip when he did his job properly. I called in and they could CARE LESS!! Do not use them!

Always get a great delivery time within an hour but usually only 15-30 min. Drivers are very friendly and give a great experience.
