I’m not one to review but service left me frustrated. Had a bad experience where the tech sliced my nail in half. Was hopeful when I got a text from the manager but wasn’t able to contact for months. I finally got into contact and she refused that it was her tech that caused bruising and my nails were “lifted” that made the tech cut my nail in half. I’m super disappointed because I used to use P’s a lot and this experience ruined it for me.
