The WORST custome...
The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, and I have worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years... Ordered a glider chair and ottoman for my nursery, that at the time was told to me that it would take 4 weeks to have special ordered in... The receipt given to me says 8-9 weeks for delivery and when I call to find out where it is or status of the order is (it's been 10 weeks now) they cannot even tell me if its been shipped or where abouts the chair is! They all promise me they will contact who they need to, and call me back to inform me the status of the chair and none of them call me back. They tried to blame head office for the order and once called head office they told me it was not their order number and even they did not call me back when promised. Needless to say I am exhausted with dealing with all 3 managers in that store as everytime I pop in, all their staff tell me it should be in the back by now... Next time to save aggravation I will just spend the extra $50 for shipping and order straight from the manufacturer who would have shipped to my house directly in 2-3 weeks out of their warehouse.
