We were greeted as soon as we entered the door...

We were greeted as soon as we entered the door, got a great table right by a big, bright window. Server was prompt to take our order and our food came fast. All staff seemed happy and willing to help their customers. All in all Great Food, Great Service!

I have never had worse service than at Kelsey's...

I have never had worse service than at Kelsey's. Seems like every Kelsey's I go to has a bunch of teenagers working the waitstaff who are more interested in chatting with their pals (who usually aren't even customers!) than serving the people who are there to eat. I went with a few people from my ball team after a game, and we ordered beers to start. After 10 minutes, nothing - and the place was NOT busy in the least. We could see the beers sitting on the bar, and the waitress standing around chatting. Finally one of my party just went in and got them. Same deal when we were waiting for our bill. On another visit a friend and I had a similar experience - our waitress spending all her time three tables over chatting with her friends. Whenever we tried to catch her eye she gave us this look like we were bothering her. So, I'll never go to another Kelsey's again.

i have never been dissatisfied i love this resturant me and my fiancee come here quite often and i would hghly reccomend this resturant to anyone and everyone

Been coming to kelseys for a few years now...

Been coming to kelseys for a few years now, Always had super service, food has always been awsome, well continue to go to kelseys everytime i can.

My meal this time, I was disappointed in, but...

My meal this time, I was disappointed in, but will simply not order the veggie burger again. I was expecting mustard, ketchup, relish, tomato, onion, etc, etc. This came with grilled peppers, zuccini and yellow squash. Okay, just not what I expected. Other meals have been very good however, and I will certainly go back!

We waited at the door for about five minutes...

We waited at the door for about five minutes before anyone seated us, and there were servers nd hosts just standing around talking. Our sever talked to fast and was not attentive at all. When I asked for a pop, she brought me a water in a craked galss. It took her awile to even check back with us to fix this problem. Our food was dry and over cooked, and when our check was presented to us, no one ever checked back with us to see if we needed change or anything. (we wanted our check seperated) I was very disappionted in the service and quality of the food here.
