New Nails

Every time I have gone to New Nails for a pedicure and manicure the service has been exceptional. The staff work very hard to accommodate everyone, including walk-ins. Patrons receive a lot of value and pampering at reasonable prices. I have always found New Nails to be a positive experience and respect the culture and language of these hardworking people.

Waste of Time and Money

Made me wait 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin. The staff member doing my nails was also trying to handle 2 other customers, making my appointment lengthy and the quality of the work very poor. My nails weren't completely covered with the polish, and it was chipped from when he used his nails to check if they were dry. When filing my nails he continually slipped, and scraped the sides of my fingers, which was painful.

It has been a few years since being to New Nails, I only treat my nails when away visiting with friends hence having to get a fill. The service was still terrific. The new location is spacious, very inviting and clean. The staff were super friendly and full of smiles. Definitely a great experience
