DO NOT go there for screen repair! There is a reason they are cheaper than the others!
I took my iPad in for screen repair...
-The first screen was not responsive to touch, the home button was sticking out. They had reset it to factory settings for some reason
- The second screen had a bunch of dirt underneath it
-The 3rd screen started peeling off the same day!!!
Even after all that they scratched the LCD screen underneath when they peeled the last screen off when I asked for a refund. AND they wouldn't refund their $35 labour fee. Now I'm out $35 and have no screen!
Awesome service - I needed a screen replaced and my phone unlocked so I could use it as a replacement in my current contract. I brought it in, was explained the pricing and time frame, and I agreed and the phone was ready and perfect on pickup. One of the best priced places in town (and I inquired at a few) but what made things stand out for me was the customer service, the way I was treated with respect and how smooth and affordable the process was. The reviews below we're probably written by a competitor or something because me and my mom only experienced good things. My mom went there too because her screen cracked and she also took her phone in (I wasn't with her this time) but she told me they were really good too. She was quoted almost $300 at another place and she got her glass fixed for around 100. Cool beans!
Horrible. I took my s4 into get the lcd screen fixed and to have it unlocked and they said it would be done by the next day. So I called them and aasked if it was done and the told me my battery import was broken. When I took it in it worked perfect. also when I was talking to the manager he hung up and when I called back one of the kids answered saying he doesnt want to talk right now. I finally got my phone back and working after different things they kept saying where broke. It seemed to work fine except a day after now the sim card holder doesn't read my sim card so my phone has to keep restarting and pulling the sim and putting it back in. I highly recommend not to go to this place it is young teens that work on the phones.

I took my iPhone 5c , simply to be unblocked. They told me it would be ready in 3 days. Went to pick it up and the guy said he hadn't worked on it yet. After doing some research I found that iPhones can't even be used with the Wind network as their SIM card doesn't fit into the new iPhones. When I called to tell him that he actually got mad at me and hung up. Went to pick up my phone that same day (almost two weeks after bringing it there) and he just had it laying on a table in a plastic bag with a bunch of other phones . This place is garbage , they are not certified what so ever. Taking your products to a brainy friend will get you better results . This place has cheap prices for a reason ! Other reviews say that parts were stolen from their phones , makes me wonder if any parts are missing from mine considering they had my phone for two weeks without doing any work on it .... Id rate this with no stars if I were able to.
