Was advised work pending on brakes would be safe to drive until I was able to bring my vehicle in the brakes failed and seized while out of town, forced to have work done in Komoka, ran thru light, over charged on previous repairs, not authorized oil change charge, wrong size tires placed on my vehicle in past, going to give one more opportunity on oil change, fingers crossed as I really like front line staff, really hoping for positive outcome

One of the worst experiences I’ve had, unfriendly staff, unprofessional, I will never recommend anyone to that store ever

Shoddy work

They company I work for has been taking our trucks there for a little while now. There are always problems with their work. Here is one example. The last time they did tire work for us there were directional tires on the wrong way. Valve stem on inside dual facing the back of the outside rim (inaccessible). No dust caps on any of the valve stems they worked on and long valve stems on the outside wheel and more. This is not the first time they have done exactly these same mistakes on our trucks.
