The worst business business to deal with. The call centre no help, they repeat the same things without doing anything. They will not accept a cancellation of service. They keep billing for services not provided...Oh my god - in all of my business career and now retirement.....the worst I have every experienced in my life.....do not...warning...do not deal with them, you will be sorry.

This company has the worst customer service ive seen in a long time. Ive been with them for a long period of time and have paid hundred in bills every month. They have been charging us monthly despite us not getting any service. Upon calling them, they got us to agree to this new package deal they said they were expecting soon. Its been 7 months and we still havent gotten internet service and they have still been charging us. When we call in they usually say they arent able to do anything about
