Not trustworthy agents even if you complain to BBB
This agency did not and could not provide accurate and complete written confirmation after arrangements and payments have been made with their agents over the phone. After complaining for 2 months, they claim they gave me an upgrade but I just received what was exactly offered and represented to me at the time the reservation was made 2 months before my family traveled. Agent sent me invoice with no room details despite my requests. They could not provide written and exact details of the hotel rooms until 2 days before we left and only a manager could provide that after 2 months. I had a customer service rep totally misrepresent my complaints, pretending she cared. Itravel 2000 needs to be responsible for what their agents have offered their clients both over the phone and in the invoice they issue. Never pay before complete and written representations by agent over the phone. The need to even ask for it and the inability of Itravel 2000 to provide it make the trustworthiness of this travel agency highly questionable - even when I complained to the Better Business Bureau with documentation. I was offered discount for next booking as resolution but I wouldn't use Itravel2000 ever again.
