Sutcliffe Fred Jr Septic Tanks Pumped

I arranged a pump-out for my daughter's cottage. An appointment was scheduled within less than a week of my call. The driver was pleasant and provided an opinion as to the condition of the tanks. Overall, the service was efficient; the individual booking it was very helpful.

I would zero stars if I could. The receptionist on the phone was extremely rude & ignorant with me when I called & politely mentioned about the driver not showing up yet & asked how late he worked until. She chewed me right out on the phone over it. They are down a truck & super busy which I understood & she had been made clear when I booked the appointment a week ago but there was no need for her behaviour on the phone. Driver was excellent, gave us a discount because of the rude receptionist.

Always quick, professional service..

Had to wait 2 weeks for a pump out because everybody was hunting.Then the "Receptionist"writes down the wrong address. We phone there because they dont have the courtesy to call us and more delays then she tells me screw you when I questioned the delay.This has to be one of the most UNproffesional company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY
