To whom it may concern! I am extremely disappointed in the way your company TRICKS innocent people into buying your products. There is absolutely no mention during the presentation of the product, that the VULNERABLE CLIENT will get a call within 30 days of purchase, and be given no alternative but to PRE-PAY the filter & cartridge replacements immediately at a cost of $500.00 / year, OTHERWISE the cost for these same filter & cartridge replacements will almost double, $800.00 / year. These items were paid in full, and received on October 31, 2012. I was MISLED to believe that I wouldn’t have to buy filters & cartridges for quite some time…Yet within 30 + days of purchase, on December 2, 2012, I got a call from one of your colleagues in British Columbia, STATING that I must purchase the filter & cartridge package, for a total of $500.00 immediately, OTHERWISE the cost for the same filter & cartridge package would be increased to $ 800.00. Immediately I called the Ottawa office to complain, and was only able to communicate with one of your representatives, on December 3, 2012, where I was assured that he would look into the situation, and see what he could do for me. I called several times afterwards, and got absolutely no response…which is why I started to FAX my complaint. My 1rst FAX was sent on December 16, 2012, and my 2nd FAX was sent on December 19, 2012; and I am still waiting for someone to return my call. I am very UNSATISFIED with your service. Note that due to the fact that your company has been extremely MISLEADING with me, I have been requesting that I be able to cancel everything and send back all of the products. Note that during the Product Presentation, I did question the cost of these filters & cartridges, and the answer that I received was very MISLEADING…I was led to believe that it would cost a couple of hundred / year…not close to $1,000.00 / year. Thank you so much for your co-operation…Hopefully this can be resolved soon.
