Called for service twice – 1st time Dan said he would call back next week when he wasn’t so busy. Never called back – 2nd time Dan said he would call me back in 10 minutes. Again, never called back. I understand people being busy and losing track of who called and who should be called back. However; if you are so busy that you don’t need the work, then be courteous and tell it as it is.
