Customer Service is absolutely horrible. They have zero credibility. Warranty is a fraud. It doesn't exist. We had a problem with our LG Washer, which moved 1 meter forward with violent shaking. They said it was normal and refused to do anything. Unbelievable. Their product is not safe at all. Imagine, 1 meter movement forward and its considered normal. Everything is customers fault, even when government issues them recalls. Check google reviews, you will see all 1 out of 5 ratings. So so bad.

We bought a brand new LG dishwasher in October of 2022 and it was installed in the first week of November. This was our 7th LG appliance. The motor failed and it leaked within 30 days of purchase. Five scheduled technician visits later (two cancelled by technician), two major component replacements and the requirement for yet another visit and component and LG Canada will still not consider a refund (our request) or even replacement. Buy at your own risk.

horrible horrible customer service! Was given run around for a month and then totally forgotten about and ignored after 20 back and forth emails and documents!!! I wasted so much of my time and energy and have lost faith in LG!
