This spa has a new owner and thank goodness. It is now super clean, well-equipped with professional staff. I have been to numerous spas in Oakville and this is by far the best for value & quality. I have in-grown toenails and it's hard to find a good nail technician. Myle does an amazing job - she's thorough & won't rush. I also had a massage today and Cindy was amazing - perfect balance of relaxation & therapeutic. THANK YOU FOR REVITALIZING THIS SPA!!!! Great location & prices

I have been going here for years with my mom. As a student, I try to save money but wanted to celebrate working hard with a shellac manicure. The spa seems different. The towel they used was dirty and still had red marks from someone else's nail polish on it, and the shellac they did was very thin and after three days is coming off. This stuff is supposed to last two weeks. I'm miserable and disappointed that I wasted my money. Sad to say I won't be back again.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever gone to for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure station was dirty, stuff on the floors and under the tables. I sat for the longest time (this should have been my clue to leave) before someone came. I have no doubt that the utensils used were not clean and had been used before as they were taken out of a drawer. They moved me to a chair to have my manicure done and did not put out a clean towel – the one that was there was from the previous cust

I got shellac done a week ago and it is all bumpy like they just globbed on the top coat. Horrible.
