The care is acceptable, but the pricing is VERY high. Twice as much as another pet hospital just minutes away in Peterborough. They did not have our pet history available even though we had been going there for many, many years. I will not go there again based on this experience unless there is no alternative due to an emergency. I have heard similar reactions locally. Sorry, folks.
