After battling with a leaking basement for four years, Johnson Group was able to repair the leaking wall in a very efficient and professional way. The workers were courteous, respectful and kept us informed as work progressed. They took all necessary steps to keep our carpets and appliances clean. Johnson Grp came through for me when others did not. They called before they arrived and arrived on time. They answered all of my questions even ones that were remotely related to the situation. They even did a little extra unplanned work for me. They tried to keep my house and the area they were working clean and also cleaned up afterwards. They were hard workers. Lastly, pleasantly surprised to find out that I have a lifetime warranty on the work.

They explained the process to fix my basement leak in simple terms for me and fixed it at a reasonable price. Leak was behind my washer and dryer and for a reasonable fee they moved everything out of the way and back when they were done, and left the laundry room even tidier than before they started. Would recommend.

Management and employees were excellent at communicating with us the various steps they would be taking to stop our water leak in the basement rooms. Excellent work waterproofing my basement. Very professional and I was very pleased with how the job scope is fully explained before starting the work. The crew of guys were very punctual and if there was ever going to be any delays they were diligent in letting me know ahead of time.
