This is my regular place to get my nails done as well as pedicure. These people are extremely friendly and anxious to please as they want their customers back. I have been to at least 6 other nail establishments and this is the only one for me. Nails stay longer. I think they do a great job.

horrible customer service

Made an appointment then ended up walking out after waiting an hour and not even acknowledged once during that time. Made a 2nd appt and waited 45 minutes again. Employee did not listen to what I requested of her for my nail refill. Then she and another male employee argued with me that I did not specify. I was there for 2 hours after my appt time and not once was I offered any type of compensation. I was made to pay full price for a botched job and had to go and pay again at another nail price to get a crooked nail fixed that they had put on. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The staff are rude and argue with customers, do a horrible job and make no apologies.
