Nice One Nails

Very disappointed!! My first manicure in years and very impatient staff. I found them very rude and not very accommodating for a wheelchair client. My nails are not very good looking either.

Came here to get acrylic nails for my wedding. The nails were not even, there were air bubbles under the polish, the process was painful, she was aggressive, and she buffed way too much of the nail off causing throbbing for a day or two afterwards. The cuticle area looked terrible. Would definitely NOT go here again!

Unfortunately, I contracted athletes foot from this place.

Every time I have gone never had to wait past my appt time. Friendly staff and willing to fix a mistake or broken nail without fuss. I've been to many shops and I have to say this is by far the cleanest and friendliest with the best job done

STAY AWAY!!!

If I could give this salon less than 1 star I would! I've gone here at least 3 times and each time has gotten progressively worse. The last straw was when I went for a manicure after a stressful day and was yelled at by the technician! The staff is extremely rude, horrible customer service. Poor quality, overpriced! It's 2 mins away from my home and I'd rather drive to another salon that's 15 mins away. I really wish they would leave my neighbourhood!

I have gone to this spa as it has been the closest for me however every time I leave not only do I feel it wasn't a good experience but they always cut my nails shorter then my finger tips. The last time I specifically asked Cindy not to do that and she told me she was going to make them all the same length and proceeded to cut them shorter then my finger tips. The staff are unfriendly and this is the worst nail salon I've ever been to.

I visited this salon within the span of a couple of months and both visits were poorly handled. The first time I came with a friend and the workers were sitting in the pedicure chairs doing nothing. I was told "they didn't have time" and wasn't even given the option of booking an appointment for another day which would seem like the natural thing to do. I came back again after a few months and the same thing happened. I will not be returning and I won't recommend this place to others.

This is my fourth time to this salon and I only keep coming back because it is right behind my house however each time I've had just terrible staff and this time will be my last time coming back!!! Constantly while getting my nails done the girl(sandy) was huffing and puffing very rude about having to take off my shellac nail polish... Isn't that what their job is?! After all, all they do is advertise that you should get shellac over regular.... Then she was EXTREMELY aggressive while filling and clipping my nails and in doing so, cut my skin. Because she was so "tired" from taking off my shellac she rushed through my nail polish and left it looking bumpy and sloppy. This is the 3rd time this has happened while going here.

I came here for a deluxe pedicure and eyebrow waxing last weekend. Store is nice and clean and staff were nice enough, but my particular esthetician didn't do a great job on my feet. She was too aggressive shaping my nail beds, which was painful and made one bleed. She also failed to get some of the calluses on my feet off (the main reason I'd gone there in the first place), and some of the nailpolish ended up bubbling a little. On the other hand, my eyebrows turned out great.
