The building is a dump, the fenced off garbage collection area is constantly inhabited with animals getting into the garbage cans, a proper bin with a lid is needed to keep things clean. The interior of the building is always dirty, the super is lazy, they don't bother mopping any of the floors above the 1st floor, don't clean & sanitize the door handles anywhere, the stairwells are never mopped, dogs urinate on the landings & it never gets cleaned up. I moved out, thankfully.
