Atlantis Beauty Spa

I have been a regular client of Atlantis Beauty Spa for about 2 years now. I think their facial massage and body massages are second to none in the city. For facial massage I recommend Magda and for massages (body, back, sports etc) Adolfo is incredible. Only negative is they tend to get booked for Fridays and Saturdays by a week before. Look for Lydia at the receiption. Very clean spa, although a bit aged. That does not bother me though. Prices are OK. I recoomend this spa.

Great massage and a warm welcome

Great Spa. I am not a regular spa visitor so cannot say to be a spa expert. At Atlantis Spa I felt they welcomed me very warmly, the receptionist Lydia was very friendly. The highlight was my massage treatment with Adolfo. I had more then a few massage services and Adolfo I am confident to say is the best there is in Ottawa. He could do this for a pro sports team. Overall an excellent experience and very high quality massage service. Yes I would go back.

Very disappointed

I had been going for over a year and finally quit after bad haircuts. I had informed the stylist that she was cutting my hair too short; I gave her a second change; then on the third bad haircut, I quit going. She just wouldn't cut my hair the way I wanted it cut. Also, the eyelash tint didn't take and I was charged for it anyway. As an aside, it is very difficult to find parking as the spa is in a mini mall on Bank Street and everyone parks there even if they aren't going to the stores in the mall.

Perfect service = VERY RELAXING

My boyfriend and I treated ourselves to the couples package which included a lavender bath, a 1 hour massage, a 1 hour facial, and a glass of champagne. From the moment we arrived at the spa, the service and timing was exceptional! The massage was amazing and I've never felt so relaxed!
