BMO Bank of Montreal

Cannot reach anyone by phone. I am a new customer and don't know anyone's name. Even though voice mail says "press one to talk to someone at the branch" it keeps leading me down a path to nobody at the other end! No kidding their customer service is terrible :(

It used to be a great branch but now it is sadly lacking in customer service. Would not recommend this location for middle class or working families...staff are not compassionate for those who are struggling financially. An elitist attitude. I will take my hard earned dollars elsewhere.
