Browns Cleaners - Simply Abysmal
Dealing with this business has been the most miserable customer service experience I've had. Browns at the Westgate location lost an article of my clothing, and has been completely apathetic about it; an entire month has passed with no remedial action whatsoever on their part. While they have not denied being entirely at fault, Browns hasn't even indicated when they might get around to reimbursing me for the lost article. In fact, they haven't even refunded the money I spent on cleaning the item they lost. At one point they told me to come into the store to pick up a cheque, and when I got there the cheque didn't materialize; just a ridiculous form to fill out (that obviously could have been mailed or faxed.) I've called at least a dozen times as well as sending an email and fax to Browns (main location) complaining about the foot dragging - nothing seems to generate any sort of response.
