Great location and nice view, but the costs vs the services??? It is a very old building, and the water system does'nt work properly. Since 2012, every day is a problem relatively to the hot or cold water. Hard to get both properly all day. In addition, when I got the apartment, the ceiling was cracked, the windows dirty and I had to clean the apartment by myself. I cannot even close the bathroom door, and the closet doors are old style (brown). So, there is no similarities between my apartment and the one on their video (ad on youtube).
