I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. They did all the paper work which was a HUGE help because I was leaving Ottawa. I had a good experience so just wanted to give them a thumbs up. Thanks guys!

My husband and I were looking for an affordable vehicle, our budget wasn't very high. We came to Presley's Auto Showcase because of their years of experience and the owner and his wife were absolutely amazing. They respected our budget, and there was no pressure! Absolutely delightful to deal with the staff. Definitely will be going back for my next car!

Presley's Auto is a great place to purchase a car the staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me select a great car based on my needs. The owner and his wife were very pleasant as all the staff was. They did not pressure me in any way and did not try and upsell me. I would definately recommend the dealership to anyone I love the car and will go back and get it serviced there always!!!!

HORRIBLE

I don't know were to start... *rude, arrogant and arguementative employees/ownership. *Extremely high interest rates *Most vehicles I saw had one or more accidents on them. *Vehicle was not ready when I went to pick it up, and very dirty and slimy inside. Small things like, not enough gas to get home from dealership even though 10 min away. not a drip of wiper fluid in it. Turns out there was a lot of little broken and missing things on the vehicle. I learned to dread every time I had to interact with them. I could have been ok with it all, but to spend thousands and get that horrible attitude and treatment... I will never go there again.
