They're was flys and garbage left on tables and the place smelled like burnt pizza this was the worst place I have eaten in a long time please improve

Made an Order last night as the step kids were here , the order was totally wrong so i called in , they did in fact send replacement Pizza's . Placed those in the Oven . Woke up the morning wanting Breakfast of Champs .. Low and Behold its gritty and has small rocks !!! HOW NICE !! Called Health Unit and Pizza Pizza Main office its self

Very poor experie...

Very poor experience. Had to call some call center in Toronto and speak to several employees whom couldn't understand me. They treated me poorly as well. Lost my order the first time. Had to call back the second time after an hour only to find out they had no trace of my order. No time gaurauntee either. So roughly 2 hours 15 mins to get a large pizza and 20 wings....which cost over $40...I'm done with this franchise. Its mediocre food for a terrible cost and now you can't even call each business? I can't even call to cancel my order and I know it will come out of some delivery boys pocket

Staff rude!

Went to this location and I came 2 times this week first time screwed up my order was very rude! Second time didn't have a item on the menu and got rude at me because didn't have it. I will be taking my money else were for now on! Plus tables are never clean when i go in.
