Obvious to me that the negative reviews had some hp sauce to their stories. Been going there since they opened and have never had anything but the best customer service. Whether you are looking for something affordable or something out there and unique they will get it and stand by their product. I could tell a million stories but my favorite is walking in looking to spend a few hundred and being set up for like half what I was looking to pay. Support this awesome store.

This is for the Sarnia store. Last month I bought $160 worth of product from the Sarnia store, including a vaporizer, 3 bottles of juice and a pack of coils. Within 2 weeks my vaporizer broke. I tried to bring it back today, not to get a refund, but just an exchange. The manager refused to give me an exchange. For an exchange it would have cost him $20. By not giving me an exchange, he has lost my business. I do not recommend this store, as they refused to stand behind the product they sold me.

I will never return. I was basically called a liar to my face after trying to return a battery that I had bought there that day which wouldn't charge. Had a handwritten receipt and everything to prove it. But no - the incompetent employee doesn't know the difference of their own batteries. Sells me the wrong one - and I'm a liar? Great customer service.... NOT!
