Muskoka Delivery Service

No question the worst delivery service in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario. Avoid if at all possible. Product was not delivered after arrival for 7 days . Many calls requesting delivery - still no delivery ! Asked to speak with manager - not allowed or no return call as requested. Then falsely posted product was refused by purchaser. Avoid local contractor for UPS deliveries in Sault Ste. Marie

Absolutely useless. Did not deliver my DHL package. Said it was declined and I had requested to pick it up myself. Not sure if he could not find my address or he did not bother getting out of his vehicle. I was home all day waiting. I had to make a 130km drive to pick it up myself.

I would say to avoid @ all costs but they have the monopoly of brokerage in the Soo: UPS and DHL. Canpar & Loomis affiliated too. Been dealing with UPS for days because they LOST a business shipment. Lied and told me it was out for delivery when really, it was lost. I believe stolen. They lost it, not UPS, but UPS wont talk bad about their broker. Ask how they can lose a package from warehouse and truck: no answer. Will have to change business suppliers. At least FedEx has actual delivery here.

Worst delivery service anywhere! A blind man with a lame mule would deliver the parcel faster. Will notify my suppliers immediately and if I could give a zero I would have.

Would give a zero if possible. I pay for Prime shipping with Amazon, but I’m not sure why I bother when Muskoka Delivery holds my package in the Sault rather than delivering it. Was expecting a package I needed for the weekend on the Friday. It arrived at their business Friday AM and was just not delivered. Now I have to wait until Monday. Super unimpressed and will try to avoid Muslkoka Delivery at all costs in the future.

Would give a zero if I could!Every package I have had delivered thru UPS in SSM has had issues! Most recently they don’t even attempt to deliver my packages!I have to call the company I ordered from for them to tell me my packages are being held for pick up at 142 Industrial Crt.This will be the 2nd time I have to go that place to pick up my packages.The last time I had to go pick up my packages there the 2 women that work in the office didn’t even raise their heads when I entered! this company is horrible! i have had them claim packages were delivered that has never showed up. I have had packages require a signature for delivery that were left in my driveway. If you can avoid using UPS in Sault Ste Marie do so at all costs!

Ive been waiting days for several deliveries that have been in the city for that entire time. They DO NOT update tracking information. No return calls. Fed up with them! Shame that they are the only people that handle UPS, among others. Id give a zero if I could.

2nd time dealing with them delivering my ups package and it not being delivered when it was supposed to be delivered will never deal with them again

Ive always had good experiences dealing with Muskoka Delivery since theyre the ones that handle my UPS deliveries. The drivers have been nice, my packages have been delivered without any problems, and there havent been any issues picking items up either. This is more than I could say about Canada Post. If I had to have one complaint, it would be that the UPS sign should be on a door, and not in a window, so its easier to see. Its a bit tricky to find the first time.

This is a 0 star review. Out of 30 packages sent UPS ( I have no choice how these are mailed to me) 1 has been delivered over the past 8 months. The rest have been *lost* or delayed to the point I need to go pick them up. I live 5 mins away from them, its not an obscure rural house. I always hear the same excuses. UPS is always good they cant seem to get a handle on their local distributor here.

Terrible service.Waited for a week for delivery.They promised to deliver 4 different times...first the weather was too bad (it wasn't) then their drivers had the flu.They strung me along for a week. They called and said our parcel was there for pick up...we had to go pick it up ourselves!!!! Just terrible service and the receptionists were less than friendly and helpful. This is a 3rd party service provider for DHL.The DHL staff have been helpful and polite 10 out of 10.Muskoka 0 out of 10.Avoid

Leaves packages in the open once, then drops off packages without knocking and leaves them in front of the house again. So glad for work our parts are no longer handled by this company.

Won’t deliver if a 15 year old dog is laying in the driveway. Has major issues with the concept of delivering packages on time. Should possibly start looking at contracting your shipments out to somebody who actually makes deliveries.

Terrible! The first time they called and said I provided an incorrect address. I double checked and it was the same address I have been providing for years! Not very friendly on the phone either as they got annoyed when I asked them to repeat the address for me. The second time I called again and got a different person and I asked them where they were located because I had forgotten and she just hung up on me!

Has never gotten a order in on time. will hold rush shipments to next day if they have another package on route. they stop delivering packages at 4:30 apparantly because thats when i always get "exceptions" UPS should be ashamed they are dealing with this shoddy company. Unfortunately I have to deal with these pos because i have no choice on who ships.
