There prices are terrible and customer service is atrocious. When they first came to the Sault all we had was bell and everybody was happy because Shaw was offering packages that were way cheaper then bell Canada and the customer service was wonderful. But now that they snagged the majority of bell customers their prices are crazy $200 a month for Internet and cable and there customer services has declined rapidly!!!! We Saultites are so disgusted?
