Agincourt Infiniti Nissan

I purchased my first car here. I did my research online before going into the dealer. When I was there, the sales rep Cindy, was excellent. She informed me about everything and helped me decide on which model Rouge would be best for me without trying to force an up sell. As a customer I felt valued because Cindy cared, listened to my needs and then showed me a vehicle that was best suited for me. I really enjoyed my experience with Cindy and would definitely recommend purchasing with her.

The service department does not do the work you asked to get done. They charged me 200$ for a diagnostic I didn't ask to get done. They will try to push work to get done on your vehicle that doesn't need to get done. When I brought this up with the service manager he was extremely rude by insulting and interrupting me. I decided to take it back to the shop when they offered me a free tow and would refund the 200$. They somehow lost it and it ended up at another dealership. So my car was missin

Bought my first car here on Sat, excellent experience. I did some search online in advance, but in here I knew every detail about the cars, even pros and cons comparing between. Really thankful to sale consultant Allen, he's professional, humorous, and very experienced. I had tons of questions, and he answered patiently one by one, great customer service! I'll recommend my frds to buy cars from him. He can get you best deal.

I got a new Nissan Rogue SV on Lease from Nissan Agincourt. It was a great pleasure dealing with Ramesh Lakhan and Nevi Singh the General Manager and getting excellent service from them.
