    I would not recommend 669-Heat to anyone. It caused us frustration as the wrong furnace/ Humidity fire installation caused water damage in our utility room. It took them six months to fix it.The owner's explanation was that it was caused by forces beyond their control and wasn't something they would cover under any type of warranty even though the maintenance guy said it was due to the incorrect installation of the solenoid.

    We had a new furnace and ductwork installed in 2020 and with such a big purchase, we were hoping we chose the right business to do the work. We are so happy we went with 669-heat!!! They were professional from the get-go and delivered not only excellent service, but the workmanship is bar-none! It brought me back to the day where businesses treated you the way you should be treated! Thank you 669 heat. I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

    Every spring they suck $78 + tax out of me because my NEW AC they installed doesnt work properly and freezes up then and blame it on the filter in their NEW furnace I had them install as well. Go elsewhere if you want actual service and good products. Oh, and they forgot to give me the AC cover and its been a year that Ive been asking for one now; one was supposed to come with the AC and still got nothing from them.

    Technician smoking in my house. Multiple return appointments for equipment broken or installed incorrectly. Ignorant owner who lacks professionalism.

    Great service. Had an air conditioner installed and the guys were awesome. Stayed late until it was done.

    We purchase a yea...

    We purchase a yearly protection plan for our furnace. When the technician came to do the maintenance on our furnace, he noticed the bearing was on its way out, which happened during the year we were covered on their plan. We didn't want the bearing to go in the middle of the winter when it's minus 40. As a precaution, we asked them to change it under our protection plan but they refused!!!!
