Poor customer service. We bought a trailer brand new last summer. Before we got off of the lot we already were told we could not use the outdoor kitchen because of a recall. Not a huge deal but a bit disappointing since the outdoor kitchen was what sold us. We used it for one trip and nothing but problems (e.g., frame was bent, ice maker installed incorrect, major structural issues). We brought it back after one month (July 2022) and it has been sitting being fixed until now (April 2023). Now,
