This law firm has no integrity and charges way too much. They tell you they will charge $1600 for a close per house then charge 2 times that amount. I feel really disgusted and abused. The kicker was that they didn't even complete the close or set up the water and utility change, until 5 months later, which was totally unexpected and unprofessional. They also don't get back to you until they deem they are ready. Lousy service, I wish I never used them. I would never recommend them and am writing to advise everyone of their nature. Their business also is unorganized and disorderly, that should have been my first clue.
