Great friendly service for my heating. This was NOT Jiffy, but a True Professional Done in 1 hour. All done!

The company took my money for a 10-year warranty instead of the default 5, then charged me extra each year to maintain the labour portion of it, and now, when a replacement part is needed under warranty, I found out from the manufacturer that L&S did not register my equipment within 60 days of the installation. Neither they nor the manufacturer will honour the extended warranty.

RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING OF A NATURAL GAS INSTALLATION, LAIRD AND ITS SERVICES AND ITS PEOPLE HAVE BEEN A DISASTER. JUST NOW RIGHT AFTER AN ANNUAL INSPECTION AND SERVICING, THE FURNACE WONT WORK AND LAIRD IS NOT PARTICULARLY CONCERNED ABOUT FIXING IT

I bought my furnace and A/C From Laird and Son. Excellent service always.

Everything about my service experience was first-rate. Laird is always reliable, honest and they get there fast. I called this morning at 9am, a terrific repairman was at my place within a couple of hours.

Fantastic A/C service call! Charlie quickly diagnosed the problem an even faced with a few mechanical challenges got it fixed effectively and efficiently! Charlie’s sense of humor also made the call a pleasant one. Will definitely be calling this company for service from now on!

Laird and Sons have always been extremely helpful, punctual and professional. Regardless of how insignificant or minor the problem, they’ve always been extremely professional.

Omg amazing service. Excellent customer service. Patient. Knowledgeable and helped to understand how things were working in the house. They installed entire gas system and came back if we had problems free of charge. We continue to service through them and plan on getting more services from them.

Charlie of Laird and Son came to service my ductless AC unit today. As always, very professional, friendly and a good sense of humour! Charlie even offered to fix my leaking hose valve without me even asking him too. Charlie ended up getting soaked - oopsie, good job though! See you next year Charlie!
