Nutrilawn Mississauga
I contracted Nutrilawn in 2009 to top fill and sod my small front lawn after the city removed a very old maple tree. The city filled the hole with junk soil. They removed the old lawn and installed the new sod. Of course it all took very nicely except for where the tree used to be, the sod eventually died They came out again, top filled and seeded. It took and then died a month later. Finally I spoke with Brent who told me that they should have removed the old soil to ten inches and replace with new soil and then sod again. He came last fall and replaced the soil but no one has come back to replace the sod, After making many calls and getting many promises, NOBODY has bothered to finish the job or even have the courtesy to return my calls. My lawn has been a mess for almost two years and this company has been very unprofessional with me. I called for the last time today and spoke to Vivien and admit I lost my temper. I told her I wanted this situation resolved in some manner today or they have lost the last opportunity to save a very unhappy customer. I only wish I had kept their lawn sign to display over the mess they have left me with.
