Desiree is amazing! 3rd time going and rebooking asap. Her pressure is great. She gets deep into the muscles but it's somehow still relaxing. She's quiet during which is lovely- answers questions when I have them. She's very smart and very good at her job. Will start recommending to friends and fam :)

My lower back/SI joint pain have improved significantly over a couple months after seeing Heather for physiotherapy and Desiree for massage therapies. Both are very knowledgeable, professional and patient with explaining the causes and conditioning exercises, which are valuable for injury prevention in the long run. Would definitely recommend!

Kam has helped me dramatically repair a pair on long-term injuries which left me with chronic pain and dysfunction. Im now close to pain free and am able to begin resuming strength training again.
