Owner Altered Order on Purpose - Beware!

Frank cared more about his thoughts about a weddings fashion scheme that he changed the order at pick up. Frank didn't even care. After a an argument to respect our choice and wedding colours, he caved and gave us what we ordered via our deposit. Truly ridiculous. Not everyone wants boring black and white only. During the commotion, we didn't even realize that he had changed the style of shoes, so the best man and groom had, although black, different styles shoes. Only the price was worth it.

This location has the worst service ever. They don't take proper measurements and take no accountability for this. The manager is rude and not very helpful. I would never visit this store again or any other Tuxedo Junction. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time or money you'll be disappointed, trust me.
