I dropped in to do a manicure/pedicure. Both nail technicians were unprofessional. The one that was working on me didn't make me feel comfortable. When my nails were being dried with a "mini" fan, she was on her phone watching movies. When I was about to leave, the polish on my nails smeared - this was after she assured me they were dry. When she redid my nails, she did an even sloppier job. I would never go back here ever again, even if the promotion was $60.

Natural Solutions Scotia Plaza

I went to this salon in the Scotia Plaza on a Friday evening after work & it was a great experience & atmosphere. It seems like all the staff get along really well. I was greeted at the front desk & seen to immediately without an appointment. The salon has recently been renovated & it looks fabulous. I also got a mani/pedi done in their spa & it was such a calming experience. Their spa is beautiful & extremely well kept. I was delighted with the services, my haircut costed me $65 with a senior stylist (a lovely blonde irish girl). I originally came in & asked for their special for a haircut and manicure for $55 but their junior stylist was already booked up. I was disappointed but still very pleased at how they negotiated pricing for all 3 services. I was able to get a manicure for half the price & I decided to get a pedicure also because of how pleased I was with the esthetician. I will definitely be returning & I would recommend anyone to give the salon a try, not to mention AMAZING location!
