    Its worth a drive to another dealership

    I have had two experiences with Bustard now, only because of their location near my office. Both times I felt I was misled, the last was a complete fiasco ending with the service manager exclaiming, "We don't want you business anyway!" I have had very good experiences with another local Chrysler dealership, without mentioning names, it is worth passing Bustard and taking your business elsewhere.

    Avoid at all cost

    To those considering Bustards auto dealership for either service, new or used vehicles, I would sincerely consider avoiding at all cost. If you're looking for good service after driving home with your new purchase, look elsewhere. I've purchased a used vehicle, and during the sales process, they've ensured me that the car would be conditioned with no problems. Post sale, the car would have minor issues and annoyances, and their response? You have to invest your own time and resources to get the problems resolved. If you're looking for a stress-free and caring auto dealership, pre-sale, sale and post sale, I would consider looking at different local alternatives.
