Smile Town

While waiting for my appointment saw the staff hold down a child in the middle of the lobby to jab him with some type of needle. Then watched them carry his limp body to the back. Very unprofessional staff. Will not go back here again

Smiletown has aggressive and unsympathetic staff. Traumatized my 7yo. They showed lack of organization and empathy as soon as things started to go badly. Just not nice people.
