Skip this place and go elsewhere. Terrible management/owners. Quality was so so. Our family and friends will not be supporting this place in anyway.

Absolutely horrible service!!! Called on Friday Mar 31st at 9:55pm to be told they close at "varying times". Francos East at Banwell and Tecumseh always closed at 12am, but everyone knows to call a bit ahead because their customer service IS BAD at closing hours. "Sam" was extremely rude, insisting that they always close around 10, and I could do whatever I wanted including talking to the owner. Then shoved the phone at "Mario" who hung up on me, despite being civil. Will never order again.

We were regular customers until dealing with Mario tonight. A $50 family meal was so heavy with salt that it was unedible. The dough was soggy also. Mario responded to this concern with apathy and a horrible attitude. His remedy was a $5 coupon. No replacement order was possible because they wouldn't deliver. I just finished preparing dinner for our kids because this order was rubbish - second only to Mario's demeanor.

Have loved Franco's east since I can remember. Unfortunately they do not deliver to the walkerville area. But I love it so much, that I have no problem with picking it up.
