Just called Thursday for a rear tire for my road king and it Arrived Friday. Iggy installed it Saturday am. Great service and great experience. . Would highly recommend bringing your bike there and I will return again!

Bike was stolen and ignition was trashed. Brought bike in. It took 3 months for them to get parts. I kept calling and was told "the part was on its way from Japan" This went on for three months until he finally admitted that he finally had sourced the part in Toronto from the people I had originally bought the bike from. It took a week for the part to come. If he had asked instead of repeatedly lying about it I could have told him to go to Studio Cycle Group. The new ignition was installed and I

Find another shop is all I can say

Horrible customer service and and the owner's overall attitude when I call after my bike sitting in the shop yet again to have the work they did once redone is the worst I have ever had in my life. I am so very very disappointed and will never Spend another penny in that shop ever again.
