Haters, Quit the Hate!!

To the bad reviewers, *hand under the chin*. Great people, great service. Used to go to Naples, then switched to Riviera to get real food. Mom and Pop shops are what keep the small business thing going, not the chain stores who don't give a crap about customers. I will go back again and again and again!!

Arrogant and Rude

Ordered a pizza for pick up, got home and it was not what we ordered. Called Riviera and the guy who answered the phone was arrogant and rude. He blamed the mistake on the "girl" who made the pizza and in his defense he did offer to send out another pizza after the way he talked to me I got so angry I hung up the phone. If the roles had of been reversed I would have swallowed my pride, picked up the phone and apologized. I am surprise that in the last two years of a recession we read how these little mom an pop type operations can't make it... Perhaps they should take a look at their customer service and general attitude. These are not the good old day's. Today you need to retain customers not send them packing to your competition.

I get panzerotti's from here all the time. They are amazing. The serving size is so big that one panzerotti lasts me 2 meals.
