Avis Car Rental

Horrible service. In the middle of winter they don’t even put snow tires on all of their car rentals - which they coveniently omit on their website. When we went to pick up our car, we found out we would have to drive in a snow storm without snow tires or upgrade. So even if we couldn’t afford it, we upgraded anyway. We also got charged an extra 72$ two weeks later for returning the car “late” even if it was within the 24h period the agent told us was ok to return it in, which was a lie.

Cela m'étonne de voir ces genres de commentaire. Malik a été très courtois et flexible avec moi. Je me sentais tellement confortable par rapport à mon choix de voiture pour aller à NY. Il est souriant et axé beaucoup sur la satisfaction du client. Je suis prêt à refaire cette expérience.

Always a great experience. Staff is friendly, quick. No hassle. Excellent fleet of cars.

Malik, manager or owner is very inappropriate, if they have a car that you want they will tell you they dont have it . Just because you are 25+ and older because they want to sell it to younger kids so they make more money .
